Tramps Walhalla

On the same day as Marley Point some of the Sadsacs chose the more challenging terrain between Tyers and Walhalla with the Tramps. The course did not disappoint. 20 members took to the hills with enthusiasm. The conditions were rather humid and no wind. Being a Sunday in the high season traffic could be considered a problem but despite numerous vehicles drivers were patient. After lunch at the entrance to town a victory lap was conducted finishing at the rotunda, On the return we somehow managed to strike the red light again at the rockfall. The climb out from Thomson station was all that a mountain climber could wish for. The undulating terrain on the final run back prior to the drop gave the gears a serious work out. Tied legs retired to Macca's for coffee.
